Karel Dvořák, railways clerk, started to photograph during his stay in Louny, and gradually became one of the most influential personalities of the Czech amateur photography. His first photographical success was a bronze medal for a photo montage of Louny memorable sights, received at the Jubilee Exhibition in 1891.
