Moritz Klempfner (orig. Moses Klemperer), painter and photographer in Prague, began round-the-year operations in his branch office in Teplice. From his unconventional production stood out especially the series Makart’s four periods of a day, a parody on the work of the then fashionable painter Hans Makart.
