Otto Bielfeldt documented J. D. Starck’s chemical plants in the Plzeň area for the World Exhibition in Vienna. It is the first known series of photos documenting manufacturing plants created for a presentation at an exhibition in Czech lands. For the same event large photo documentation on Schwarzenberg farms was also made.
